Quit Smoking

I was a smoker for over 50 years before I saw Catherine. I had wanted to stop on many occasions but was not successful. I went to see Catherine and after only 1 session I am a Nonsmoker. I have not smoked for 6 months now, it’s a great feeling.
I did not believe at first it would succeed but here I am still going strong. I have no hesitation in recommending Catherine, I thank you so much for your help.

Wellbeing

I have no previous experience of hypnotherapy, and really did not know what to expect. Catherine explained everything to me very clearly, and was so warm and friendly she made me feel at ease straight away. The sessions were really beneficial, providing me with both delicious relaxation and an overall feeling of empowerment and well-being. If you are thinking of trying hypnotherapy, I can highly recommend Catherine. She is very caring and empathetic, and you will definitely benefit from the sessions in so many ways.

Mental Health

A friend first suggested Catherine to me and I will never forget that first call. We spoke for a little over the phone (due to Covid) and she went through how I felt, and I remember saying that I knew there were other people out there worse than I was and so if she needed to use her time to help others more in need I totally understood. The reply came back that she could help me and that was the first time I cried with her, somebody had listened and acknowledged me and offered help. We had a number of weekly sessions I can’t tell you when the change actually happened – but happen it did. I now look at life in a different light and feel I am living a life and enjoying it. I have finished my course but have agreed (at my request) that I will check in for back up sessions so to speak, taking time out of this mad world for myself and my mental health. I would not hesitate to recommend Catherine to anyone and everyone.

Sports Performance

I’m a keen runner and have been seeing Catherine working towards running in the Manchester Marathon. The focussed sessions have had an immediate and positive impact on my training and mental resilience. It now feels like I have an extra gear and when the going gets tough I am able to keep calmly focused. My confidence and self belief are now high and unwavering. I am fully confident these sessions will result in me achieving a personal best on race day.

Wellbeing

Having Hypnotherapy sessions with Catherine at Homewood Hypnotherapy has had a really positive impact on my well-being . My stress and anxiety are now gone and I am sleeping really well. Insomnia

Ever since I was a teenager I’ve struggled with sleeping, since seeing Catherine and now in my 30s, I’m having the best sleep ever. She’s also taught me to re-evaluate my thinking, focusing more on the positives than the negatives. I’m now also able to face situations head on that previously I would have done anything possible to avoid. I would highly recommend Catherine to anyone I thought needed her help. Such a calming influence!

Panic Attacks

I’m so glad I was recommended to Catherine, and I can’t thank her enough. I’d never had hypnotherapy before but I’m so happy I did! I feel like ‘Me’ again, and I’d been struggling for nearly 3 years with anxiety and panic attacks. Catherine was so patient & helpful, and I learnt so much about how my brain works. Stress and Anxiety
